1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Vellis website, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Products
Vellis offers facial skincare products and beauty accessories for sale. We endeavour to present products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that descriptions are complete or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any order placed on the basis of incorrect information.

3. Orders
Any order placed on Vellis constitutes a sales contract between you and MPLAC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including insufficient stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing
All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Vellis reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, via a secure SSL connection. No banking data is stored on our servers.

6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page. Vellis cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification. As a commercial gesture, Vellis extends this period to 30 days.

8. Liability
Vellis shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on the website. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable for their intended use.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Vellis website (texts, images, logos) is the property of MPLAC or its suppliers. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
